We will stand by your side through the varying stages of the proposed development process, engaging with stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors and consultants through each phase ensuring that results are delivered and correctly meet.
756group have run numerous projects throughout Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, regional NSW, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Mackay, Toowoomba, Melbourne and Adelaide. These projects range from townhouse builds, shop fit-outs, extensive church renovations, large subdivisions, a national temporary housing project and apartment projects up to 10 levels.
Based in Norwest, NSW we run projects remotely, on-site, and hybrid depending on the stage the development is at. We have staff available to be on site to meet stakeholders and contractors, and we will be available for frequent one on one meetings or online meetings to ensure that communications are always clear and current.
At 756group we are all about the correct progress and not necessarily perfection. In the development world there are always hiccups but our goal is to iron these bumps out as best we can so you can be carefree. We are here to make the development process as easy as possible for you so your vision, ideas and ultimately your outcome are achieved smoothly and effortlessly.
Meet The Founder
Paul James is the founder and managing director of the 756Group. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his over 30 years in the building and construction industry. Starting his career with humble roots back in the 90’s as a licensed electrician for his father’s family owned business, he soon furthered his knowledge getting into data, I.T. automations and commercial shop fit-outs.
In 2015 Paul moved onto building and obtained his NSW carpentry license and Cert IV in construction. From here he started building and overseeing projects from residential homes to duplexes, to full renovations for historical sites to overseeing builds for the Snowy River temporary housing scheme and managing contractors for mid-rise apartment blocks.
Paul is a grounded family man who understands and appreciates individuals who are seeking to invest in quality builds. Paul has a thorough understanding of the Australian property development lifecycle and the differing rules that are required from state to state. With this knowledge and his strong communication skills Paul guarantees to maintain the tradition he and his team upholds to deliver exceptional work for his clients.
