As part of Development Management we look at the project strategy to include key milestones such as providing feasibilities, site acquisitions, acquiring approvals, planning execution, and, in all, navigating what can seemingly be complex fields from A to B or from your initial idea to the completion and handover of our project.
Obtain Funding
We can connect and help you in obtaining private funding for the purpose of your project’s acquisition and/or operations. Private funding is a form of financing where either individuals or businesses obtain funds from investors, private lenders or brokers that have been sourced from non-bank entities.
At 756Group Pty Ltd we have trusted relationships with our private funding pool. These trusted relationships give you, as the client, clear options moving forward and provide the most favourable terms to suit both you and the project.
Whilst the team at 756Group are not mortgage brokers we are aligned with industry leading private funders and brokers and we will all work together to formulate your capital stack requirements.
We are there to help you navigate the funding process with as much ease as possible as there will be significant documents required from the funding board that are essential in obtaining your funding approval. These documents may include approved valuations, quantity surveyor reports, dilapidation reports… just to name a few. We can help you secure these documents to make the funding process as smooth and stress-free for you as possible.
Development Applications
We take all positive steps to acquiring your Development Application (DA) as efficiently and effectively as possible. The DA is a formal request that is required by Council to build the desired project at hand. With this request comes a plethora of additional documents that are required for a successful submission.
We at 756Group work closely with multiple contractors and professionals to obtain the optimum outcome by creating a project that fits into your budget and expected timeline, achieves the highest best use for the area involved, and most importantly is sustainable to both itself and the surrounding community.
Regardless of the project size the Council wants to see that potential issues such as the natural environment, noise levels, soil contaminations, traffic implications, or general community safety are not affected.
